Russia, USA, China, Kenya and a lot of western societies had roots-taped their muscles investing in Space technology. The innovations and space inventions techniques had solved a little bit and reduces socioeconomic problems
It seems like imaginary dreams to you, but the truth is space and satellite Technologies can makes different projects(engineering and constructions one) grew more and create a large number of employment opportunities to youngsters . Again, just looks some advantages/significance of space science and satellite technologies over development of our country
Communication: Satellites enable improved communication infrastructure, providing access to remote areas and enhancing connectivity for businesses, education, healthcare, and emergency services. Example some one from BUKAMILA(Village) CHATO GEITA can hear and notice any news and be familiar with it at any time from any place via satellites.
Disaster Management: Satellite data aids in monitoring natural disasters like floods, droughts, and fires, facilitating timely responses and mitigation efforts. A good example over here its all about heavy rainfall occurred in 2023 so the government could have (of coarse did) informed their citizens as early as possible
Agriculture: Satellite imagery assists in agricultural planning, monitoring crop health, assessing soil moisture, and predicting weather patterns, leading to increased agricultural productivity. The respective minister for Agriculture for the time 2023 Hussein Bashe introduced BBT project so this technologies and innovations could helped the project via number of Remote sensing Techniques on the projject
Natural Resource Management: Space technology helps in monitoring natural resources such as forests, water bodies, and minerals, aiding in conservation efforts and sustainable management. Like Mwalimu Nyerere Dam Project for Electricity production could be managed and assisted by this technologies.
Transportation and Navigation: Satellite navigation systems like GPS benefit transportation and logistics, improving efficiency and safety in sectors like aviation, maritime, and land transportation. We have institutions like NIT and Ardhi University indeed students pursuing Bachelor of science in Geomatics could collaborated with those students taking logistics in nation institute for transport for betterment of our lakes and Indian ocean concerning Navigation .
